FRP Boxes are used to protect the contents against solids, liquids and the foreign particles present in the plant areas. If necessary, built-in attachment for electrical connections can be provided; otherwise, the boxes are excellent for storing materials.

 

The FRP pole box is, of course, a specific type of box. Boxes of different sizes are used for mounting switches and sockets and as Local Control Stations (to mount ON/OFF or START/STOP switches.) These boxes are also used as instrumentation boxes and lighting distribution boxes.

The FRP/GRP Lining that we manufacture is used extensively in industries for various purposes. Our Fume Collector, usually installed in areas where fumes are generated, is a simple but effective pollution control device.

FRP is a very good substitute for wood in fabricating doors and frames. We manufacture doors of very high quality. But doors must have frames! That is why we also offer frames to go with the doors; apart from the aesthetic looks to match the doors, our frames are also made from the same high grade material. The frame is supplied along with all attachments required for fixing it to the walls and ground. The material has resistance to extreme weather conditions; it also has resistance to termites, water, rot and warping.

Our Meter Boxes are designed to house electricity meters. The larger boxes are for industrial use, and the smaller ones for households. FRP/GRP has the advantage that it does not get damaged even when it is mounted in a receptacle in brickwork. In architecture, a coffer is a square or polygonal ornamental sunken panel used in a series as decoration for a ceiling or vault. Coffers were probably originally formed by wooden beams crossing one another to produce a grid. The earliest surviving examples were made of stone by the ancient Greeks and Romans. Coffering was revived in the Renaissance and was common in Baroque and Neoclassical architecture.

Coffers certainly are an attractive architectural device. However, traditional materials like wood are far too expensive for many people today. We manufacture weir plates of fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) composites. The inherent properties of FRP weirs make them ideal for use in water and waste water applications. Our products are available in different sizes.

Our weir plates are fabricated from high-grade FRP using moulds which are manufactured by us.

Because the weir plates are used in hostile environments, the FRP components incorporate a corrosion resistant polyester surfacing veil on the outer surfaces and the cut edges are resin sealed at

Our FRP Hydraulic Trolleys are used for handling operations and for transporting of loads on standard trays and in warehouse, trestle, workshop, railway car containers. This type of trolley is moved manually, while load lifting is carried out via a manually pumped hydraulic system. Because of the FRP Fiber Reinforced Polymer structure our hydraulic trolley has excellent properties such as high strength, low weight and non susceptibility to galvanic corrosion. Our FRP Gutters can be custom built as per specifications in varied colours. It is a corrosion resistant and all weather proof. It is easy and quick to install. It reduces the structural cost to a large extent because it is light weight. We make them in different profiles. The procedure is groove lock in method and sealing using FRP raw materials There is a step at the end of every gutter wherein the next gutter would be seated maintaining uniform smooth surface at the joint.

The down take pipe would be a length of 6" with a diameter of 4" or 6" as required by the client, to which PVC pipes are fixed to maintain continuity. The length of all the gutters would be of 3m and varied colours and different shapes can be offered. The chemical resistance of the FRP gutters depends on the resin system used which can be customized.

The FRP Sheets that we offer is an easy-to-clean wall and ceilings sheets made of fiberglass reinforced plastic. Our product will not rot, corrode, stain, dent, peel, or splinter in the toughest conditions. These sheets install as easily as common wall board on solid substrates.
